These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GreatestIPTV operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, unless prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that approximates the original intent as closely as possible.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GreatestIPTV regarding your use of the service. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms.
